RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
WaggyTail.Store is a company that sells pet products online and follows the FIFO retail approach. This implies that all products are stored for a limited time and shipped out from our facilities directly to our customers after an order is placed.
This also means that returns and exchanges are allowed within a specified window, and only if the customer has a valid reason to return it in an unused condition and the products are still in its original packaging within 3 days of receiving and requesting the return.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, WaggyTail.store is happy to offer a product exchange if the customer contacts us within 3 days of product delivery.
Customers need to contact us to cancel their purchase within 1 hour of placing the order before it ships out; otherwise nothing we can do.
