Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States. All orders are fulfilled from US-based warehouses for fast delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also contact us at any time for an update.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Are your smart pet devices compatible with both iOS and Android?

Yes! All our app-controlled devices are compatible with both iOS and Android smartphones.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, most of our smart pet devices come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please check the individual product page for warranty details.

Are your water fountains easy to clean?

Absolutely. Our water fountains are designed with removable parts that are dishwasher-safe or easy to hand wash. We recommend cleaning every 1–2 weeks.

How often should I replace the water fountain filter?

We recommend replacing filters every 2–4 weeks depending on usage and the number of pets. Replacement filters are available in our Water Fountain Filter collection.

Do your automatic feeders work during a power outage?

Many of our feeders have built-in battery backup to ensure your pet is fed even during power outages. Check the specific product page for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify's payment system. We never store your card details.
